Federal and state laws require non-exempt employees to keep an accurate daily record of hours actually worked, including actual start and stop times and meal breaks. Axess Timecard, in the human resources management system (HRMS) is the system of record to indicate hours worked, including overtime hours and vacation, sick, holiday and other leave time taken by each non-exempt employee. In the time-keeping system, records must be updated by the end of each pay period, but it is recommended that employees update their actual work hours each work day. Supervisors (or their departmental designees) must approve non-exempt employees' time records and must approve any variance from the employees' normally scheduled work hours.

Normal Expectations - Because of the many activities required to keep the university functioning, full-time members of the academic staff and regular exempt staff may be called upon to perform a variety of services for the institution apart from those normally considered to be their regular job duties. These staff members may be assigned these tasks either within their department or for another area within the university.

If you are a policy owner or designee and need to update a policy, send email to: guide-editor@lists.stanford.edu with your request. If you are ready to request a policy update or housekeeping update for a specific Guide Memo, please refer to the Change Request Guidelines page.

Velocity Client Profile Selector screen update. The profile selector screen in Velocity has been updated to make the profiles easier to select in all environments, especially when wearing gloves that make precise tapping difficult. Administrative functions that aren't frequently used have been moved to a menu to add more screen area and keep workers focused on selecting the correct profile.

Business process automation. Harness the power of Velocity and Ivanti Neurons for IIOT together to capture images of common problems and dispatch fix agents to keep warehouse operations running smooth. This release focuses on Damaged Goods forms, allowing workers on the floor to accurately capture images and locations of damaged items, request help, and return to the normal workflow as quickly as possible. When you've configured the connection on the Ivanti Neurons tab in the Velocity Console, the forms are available in the Shortcut Menu in the Velocity Client. For more information, see Ivanti Neurons Settings.

Scripting updates. Use scripting to implement a heartbeat feature that may help with session keepalive in some cases. Scripts can now read the contents of files that are deployed as resources in the project. Scripts can be used to remap hardware keys. For more information, see the Velocity Scripting Guide.

For over a decade, this site has never bothered you with ads. I want to keep it that way. But I humbly request your help to keep doing what I do best: provide the world with unbiased truth, wisdom and knowledge.

The easiest way to use our worksheets is to think of them as fill-in-the-blanks and keep the file names and names used in the worksheet the same. If you are unsure about anything then use the forums on Moodle and Slack to ask any questions and come along to the practice sessions.

Temporary views in Spark SQL are session-scoped and will disappear if the session that creates itterminates. If you want to have a temporary view that is shared among all sessions and keep aliveuntil the Spark application terminates, you can create a global temporary view. Global temporaryview is tied to a system preserved database global_temp, and we must use the qualified name torefer it, e.g. SELECT * FROM global_temp.view1.

Based on user feedback, we changed the default behavior of DataFrame.groupBy().agg() to retain thegrouping columns in the resulting DataFrame. To keep the behavior in 1.3, set spark.sql.retainGroupColumns to false.

As part of NASM's drive for simplicity, it also does not support theASSUME directive. NASM will not keep track of what values youchoose to put in your segment registers, and will neverautomatically generate a segment override prefix.

NASM also does not have any directives to support different 16-bitmemory models. The programmer has to keep track of which functions aresupposed to be called with a far call and which with a near call, and isresponsible for putting the correct form of RET instruction(RETN or RETF; NASM accepts RETitself as an alternate form for RETN); in addition, theprogrammer is responsible for coding CALL FAR instructions where necessarywhen calling external functions, and must also keep track of whichexternal variable definitions are far and which are near.

WebCenter Sites 12c uses the length specification for strings to specify the underlying database column sizes in bytes. When specifying the maximum length of a text field, keep in mind that multibyte characters will need more bytes per character.
