MMOEXP: Diablo 4 on class-specific abilities like most items

Here's a quote about new legendary and set equipment in Diablo IV Gold from Barriga:"There is a team legendary in the demo that turns [the charm ] fireball to a triple fireball spell. However, I do worry about the idea of"restricted" legendary and set equipment perks in a match such as this, as part of the fun of Diablo is going as nuts as you can with assembles, then cranking up the difficulty so large that constrains you, not the design of the products.
